Diana Antholis

It all started when my younger brother graduated, moved across the country, started an awesome career, but called home asking: “So, what other adult things do I need to know about?”
(Ask me about what he’s doing a year and a half later.)
I gave up the corporate life to be an entrepreneur. I am a Wellness Consultant at dianaantholis.com and Strategy Consultant & Media Director at Performance Advantage Inc. (more about all of this below)
Prior to this, my corporate life consisted of four years in advertising (media planning) in New York City and San Diego. That means I figured out what people bought and told my clients what type of ads they should have and where they should put them. I worked at two top New York City media agencies, with massive clients in the confection/candy industry. That means I was often craving candy, which would result in devouring whatever was left in our “candy closet.” Then I moved to San Diego where I worked as a consultant for a creative advertising agency in the media department.
I made a lot of changes from ages 19-28. First, I transferred colleges because I knew the one I was at wasn’t right for me. Then, I worked in NYC in advertising for years. After that, I moved to San Diego and continued to work while applying to grad schools. I successfully got into a school in DC and moved there. Then I went back to New York and started working with my mother at Performance Advantage Inc. (More juicy details about my career and personal life can be found in the free ebook you get when you sign up for my insider email list.)
Now I have found my true calling in life to be a wellness consultant - helping people find their center and unleash their sexy - because I know what it’s like to lose yourself in your career and in life. I know that work/life balance is laughed at. I know that you deserve better. Read more at dianaantholis.com
After graduate school, I started Enter: Adulthood, a guide for young adults to understand that it isn’t just them…being an adult is a wild ride.
As you read this, it may sound like it was so easy to make these changes in my life. It wasn’t. Transferring colleges is stressful, changing your career is stressful, moving across the country twice is stressful, deciding not to go back to corporate life is stressful. And none of that happened with a twinkle of the nose or snap of a finger…it took time, it took planning, and it took patience.
For the self-learners out there, I developed the Conquer Your Career e-Guide to help you take control of your career. It’s for career starters, career changers, and those who need a boost in their current careers. It is a four-part guide that contains 100 actionable steps that you can start taking immediately to conquer your career.
For those that are still here, I love champagne, chocolate, Greek pastries, painting, exercising, yoga, travelling, exploring, the beach, the city, and wine. And I’m an ENFJ.
